About Me

Hi, There! Thank You, for wanting to get to know a bit more about me! :)My Name is Star! I go by any pronouns as I am a part of the LGBTQ+ Community( Gender Fluid). I am also a Neurodivergent( Severe ADD/ADHD). Person of color (African American). As well as being an Mental Health Awareness Advocate!(I have severe anxiety disorder).I allow these attributes to not only strengthen me, but to help me learn and grow to become a better person each and every day!Peers would say I have an energetic, friendly, determined, bubbly, fun, punctual and professional work ethic. As well as having a very silly extroverted personality.When it comes to work, especially problem solving, I always look forward to the challenge. facing it head on, determined and set. Ready to help in a manner that is organized, timely and professional. All the while staying positive and having fun while doing it! I love to problem solve especially when it comes to helping others!I am a strong believer in chasing your dreams, encouraging others to go after what they want, and to find what they are truly passionate about in life! That’s why I try to live life as positive as I possibly can, no matter what obstacles may come my way!I grew up in a very small country town in South Florida, Born into a family full of Singers! As a child, i loved to listen to my family sing and when they did, i would dance ( before i could even walk XD ) and TRY to sing along with them too!
When they would laugh and encourage me to keep going it lit a little spark in me that i loved to entertain others and to make them smile, Even to this very day!Seeing someone laugh or smile brings me so much joy, thats why i strive to smile and bring positivity with me everywhere I go, everyday!Disney Princesses, Power Rangers, and so many other shows were some of my favorite growing up, watching the characters portray their kindness, power, strength and courage while chasing their dreams also influenced me into being the person i am today!I even have a tattoo leg sleeve of the princesses on my leg as tribute! Anime has also been a big part of my life too, so i began an arm sleeve that is stacking up my favorite characters from my favorite anime’s! :)One day when watching one of my favorite princess movies ’Moana’ i was so inspired by the Voice Actor Auliʻi Cravalho‘s performance that i had to look into possibly doing something like that too! So I made it a goal, to one day be able to voice over a Princess!That is what planted the VO seed in my life and lead me to the extreme curiosity, love, and passion for the craft that is Voice Acting!I have been diligently studying voice over ever since that day of realization in 2019. From Taking classes and workshops, to attending conventions, collaborating with fellow creators on their prestigious projects, and so much more!I specialize in character work such as - Animation, Video Games, Visual Novels, ADR Dubbing, as well as Voicing Over fun projects in Commercials! Like Promos, Howto Videos, Educational Videos, Social Media Marketing Videos, and more!I am soon to be a LA based Actor. I am also accepting remote and travel work, to a recording studio to and or near you! If needed, I am eager to travel to wherever your recording location is set to be able to collaborate with you on your project!In addition to voice acting, I love creating! Writing scripts and or Novels, Youtube Videos, TikToks, workout plans, you name it!
